Refund Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on first purchase. This means you have 30 days from the purchase date to request a full refund for any reason. This applies only once per user and only to the first plan purchase or upgrade.

After 30 days, refunds are considered only in cases of platform failure or severe disruption of access caused by us. We do not provide refunds for the following:

If your refund request is approved, access to your Nexlist AI paid plan will be revoked immediately and associated premium features will be deactivated.

Refund Process and Payment Method

Refunds are processed via the original payment method (e.g., PayPal or card). Please allow 3–5 business days for standard processing. Payments via App Markets (e.g., Shopify App Store) may take 7–10 days depending on their refund mechanism.
